Terms of Service.
The rules of using mypooch.ai. Plain English where possible, lawyer language where required.
1. Acceptance
By using mypooch.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service. If you’re using the Service on behalf of a business (e.g., as a Pro), you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You’re responsible for your account, including keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under it. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Tiers
- Free: core features available at no charge, no credit card required.
- Premium ($4.99/month or $29.94/year): adds unlimited AI check-ins, video check-ins, PetGPT chat, AI Pattern Detection, 90-day vet reports, full timeline history, and weather-aware exercise plans.
- Pro ($9.99/month or $59.94/year): adds Pro profile, multi-client dashboard, branded reports, and client sharing tools. For pet professionals.
Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price. We’ll charge the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds
Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Yearly plans: within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal, you can request a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds; the subscription stays active until the end of the term.

Price changes
If we change subscription prices, we’ll give you at least 30 days notice by email. The new price applies to your next renewal — you can cancel before then if you don’t want to pay it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, abusive, or harmful to your dog or another animal.
- Upload content that is hateful, harassing, or violates someone else’s rights.
- Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or our AI outputs at scale.
- Use the Service to compete with us (build a competing AI model trained on our outputs).
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or paid plan to anyone else.
- Submit false or misleading information when listing as a Pro.
We can suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
5. AI outputs and limitations
The Service uses AI to generate behavioral reads, training plans, and recommendations. These outputs are informational and educational, not professional veterinary or behavioral advice. See the Veterinary Disclaimer for full detail.
AI can be wrong. You’re responsible for how you act on the Service’s output. If your dog has a health emergency, contact a vet.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload: your dog’s profile data, check-in text, videos, photos, and notes. You give us a limited license to use this content only to provide the Service to you — generate your reads, store your timeline, surface your recommendations.
We don’t use your content to train public AI models. We don’t sell it. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Pro provider terms
If you have a Pro account, you agree that:
- Your profile information is accurate and current (credentials, services, pricing, contact info).
- You’re responsible for verifying your credentials when we ask.
- All transactions with clients happen off the Service. mypooch.ai does not handle booking, payment, or contracts between Pros and pet parents. You handle those on your own terms.
- You won’t use the Service to harass clients, spam, or violate professional codes of conduct in your field.
- We can remove your Pro listing if you no longer meet the standards described on the Pro Standards page.
8. Disclaimers
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, mypooch.ai’s total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you’re a free user.
We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We are not liable for veterinary outcomes, training outcomes, or decisions you make based on AI output. The Service is not a substitute for a vet, behaviorist, or qualified trainer.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold mypooch.ai harmless from claims arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your content, or (c) your misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
You can terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and/or deleting your account.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we terminate your account for cause, you’re not entitled to a refund of the unused portion of your subscription.
12. Changes to these Terms
We can update these Terms. For material changes, we’ll notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for small-claims court actions and intellectual-property disputes. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to bring class actions.
