Yes. The Free tier is the real product — dog profile, 10 AI check-ins per month, daily drills, exercise plans, behavior search, health timeline, and progress tracking. No credit card required. Upgrade to Premium ($4.99/mo) for unlimited check-ins, video check-ins, PetGPT chat, and 90-day reports.

Add as many dog profiles as you have dogs. Switch between them from the dashboard. Each dog gets its own intake, history, and recommendations.

Daily check-in: a snapshot of what your dog is doing right now (text or video). The AI returns an energy score, stress level, mood tags, and a plan for today.

Weekly check-in: a short retrospective on the whole week. Rate energy, flag any issues, log exercise minutes, add notes. The AI summarizes patterns the daily check-ins can’t see.

It analyzes your description (and, on Premium, the video) against your dog’s profile and history, then produces a behavioral read and a personalized plan. See our Methodology page for the full breakdown.

Upload a short clip (typically 20-30 seconds) of your dog doing whatever you want analyzed — playing, walking, settling, reacting. The AI analyzes body language, gait, and stress markers and adds visual context to the text read. Premium only.

PetGPT is a chat interface where you can ask any question about your dog and get answers calibrated to your dog’s full profile, history, and recent check-ins — not generic advice. Premium only.

Behavior Search (free) lets you search specific behaviors (reactivity, barking, separation anxiety) and returns profile-aware guidance for that topic.

PetGPT (Premium) is a real conversation — ask follow-up questions, dig deeper, get nuanced advice.

Yes. Vet-Ready PDF Export (Premium) generates a 90-day behavioral and health summary. Hand it to your vet or upload it through their portal. Free users can manually screenshot or export the progress timeline.

Go to Settings → Subscription in the app and click Cancel. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions, no friction.

Monthly plans: no refunds for partial months. You keep access until period end.
Yearly plans: full refund within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, no refund but access continues until period end.

All major credit cards (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover) and Apple Pay / Google Pay. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant processor — we don’t store your full card number on our servers.

Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your account and data stay intact. You drop to the Free tier and lose access to Premium/Pro features, but your dog’s profile, history, and timeline remain. You can re-subscribe anytime and pick up where you left off. To fully delete your data, go to Settings → Delete Account.

From the login screen, click “Forgot password?” and enter your email. You’ll get a reset link within a few minutes (check spam if you don’t see it).

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to download a copy of your dog’s profile, check-ins, timeline, and any uploaded videos. Format: JSON for data + MP4 for video files.

Settings → Delete Account. We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days. Backups purge within 90 days. See Privacy Policy for full retention details.

Sign up for the Pro tier ($9.99/mo), fill out your business info, credentials, services, and contact methods. No. mypooch.ai is a showcase. All booking, payment, and communication happen off-app on your own tools. No platform fees, no commissions. See the For Pros page.

You’ll get a reminder 30 days before lapse. If they expire and you don’t renew, your Verified badge is suspended until you re-submit current credentials.

Check that the file is under 50 MB and in MP4, MOV, or WEBM format. Slow connection? Try on Wi-Fi. Still failing? Email support@mypooch.ai with the video file size and your browser.

AI isn’t infallible. You can mark a check-in as inaccurate from the timeline — it helps us improve. If a read is consistently wrong for your dog, email support@mypooch.ai with the specifics so we can investigate.
